This season it's all about old fashioned embroidery, from fine detail to big bold floral tapestry style patterns. And of course some celebs have been wearing the trend for months now, Anna Wintour seen above sporting a gorgeous Stella McCartney embroidered coat back in March for AW16 Paris Fashion week certainly helped set the tone for this season's trend and the lovely Jennifer Lopez was also seen in this gorgeous powder blue Dolce & Gabbana mini dress back in the spring too.
It's certainly a great way of adding a bit of life to your winter wardrobe and Embroidered boots in particular, are the in thing right now, you will see them everywhere and the cheaper highstreet stores have somehow managed to copy this rather expensive looking intricate design.
These very girly pale pink embroidered boots were seen as part of the AW16 Vivetta Milan show and the long black boots just below are by Laurence Dacade £800 at Net-a-Porter, they are like wearing a garden on your feet, what a way to cheer up a grim British morning!
I love these floral suede Karlie pumps by one of my favourite designers Aquazzura, £484 at Net-a-Porter. Perfect for day or night and they will certainly brighten your mood, how can they not right?!
And of course, there are plenty available on the highstreet, these lovely block heel ankle boots are from New Look, priced at £34.99. They are such a lovely addition to any wardrobe.
Another great highstreet version are these extra floral beauties from Miss Selfridge priced at £85
If your not keen on going all out embroidery, then why not try something a little more subtle like this gorgeous clutch bag from Zara at £29.99
